CREDIT CARD GUARANTEE: |
Our computer

and credit card number and expiration date. We convert your

If you discover that someone has fraudulently used your credit
card information as a result of your making an online purchase
from iapsales.com you must notify your credit card provider in
accordance with its rules and procedures. If you do so, and your
credit card provider holds you liable for unauthorized charges,
we'll reimburse you for up to $ 50, the limit of your liability
under federal law.
You can also pay by cashier's checks and business checks;
HOWEVER, your order won't be processed until we receive funds.

Typo (typographical) errors:
With thousands of words, numbers and prices, it is conceivable
that we will have errors. iapsales.com has the right to refuse
or cancel any order that may have an incorrect price due to a
"typo" error by us or our many suppliers. If your credit card
has already been charged for the order we will immediately issue
a credit to your credit card account for the amount of the
incorrect price.

or derived from a right or rights claimed by you, for any direct
damages in the excess of the amount you actually paid to
iapsales.com for the particular good or service you purchased
and that is the subject of the claim, or for any special,
indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or exemplary
damages of any kind, including but not limited to lost profits,
lost wages, lost savings, injury to property, loss of use, costs
of procuring substitute goods or services and other losses and

Return Policy:

product warranties are provided by the manufacturer, you can
return them for any reason for the first 30 days after you have
received the item. Please abide by the following procedures.

MANUFACTURERS WILL NOT ACCEPT A RETURN PRODUCT WITHOUT THEIR
(RMA) RETURN MERCHANIDISE AUTORIZATION
- The product must be "in brand new condition"
- They require the original boxes intact
- Remember to include original packing material, manuals and all
accessories that came with the product
- You are responsible for pre paying the shipment to the
manufacturer. [Returned insured freight is the responsibility of
the buyer] We will not accept freight collect shipments
- REMEMBER TO TAG THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX WITH THE RMA NUMBER
- No refunds for orders returned after 30 days or not in
saleable condition
- Damaged items caused by the customer will be repaired (if
possible) and charged to the customer
- Refunds will be credited in the same manner in which payment
was received after the product is inspected
- Please allow 2-3 weeks for refund from the time iapsales.com
receives your equipment return

Defective, damaged or shipping errors: |

Defective:
~ Defective merchandise is under warranty by the manufacturer, please
read the warranty information enclosed with each product, and look for
the customer service number for assistance. If you can’t find it please
call us at 1-800-416-1298 or send us an E-mail
Damaged:
~ Please inspect your shipment upon receipt
~ If you receive the product damaged you have three (3) days to contact
us for an RMA
~ We will exchange the product or give you a full refund for the amount
of the merchandise.
Shipping errors:
~ On occasion we may have an error or incorrect item shipment, we ask
that you ship the item back to us and we will exchange the product or
give you a full refund for the amount of the merchandise.
Shipment refusal:
~ Should you change your mind with the delivery person outside of your
door, you will be charged for shipping and a 25% restocking fee
Cancellation:
~ If you change your mind for any reason, prior to our shipping your
order, we will issue a full refund (provided it has not been shipped)
and we will notify you of your orders status. Otherwise the above return
policy will take effect including a restocking fee.
